Overview

Powerful yet simple to use the SCBIP range is a truly unique DVR solution and a must for all premises requiring Intelligent Monitoring & Recording. The SCBIP range is designed to suit all budgets and applications from low risk right up to high end project based solutions.

The software supplied will allow you to manage up to 64+ channels from Analogue CCTV (32 maximum) and IP cameras so that they will work together within one system.

With this PCI Card version, up to 8 analogue CCTV cameras and 8 audio inputs can be recorded on to the PC using the latest H264 hardware compression at up to 704x576 resolution. It provides excellent images and small file sizes for efficient use of hard drive space and good remote access speeds.

Software Features

• Live Display of up to 64 CCTV Cameras: Displays all cameras as multi screen or all single camera displays.  

• Electronic Security Guard: Should the video analysis function detect any of the situations specified above it will raise an alert, which can be any or all of the following, an Alarm noise through speakers connected to the PC, an Email, Phone Call with a user recorded message or the moving of a Speed Dome or PTZ camera to a preset position.

• It is also possible to use the software and DVR cards as an IP CCTV DVR system so no Analogue CCTV cameras need to be connected.

• MPEG4 compression: The software will record in MPEG4 compression from analogue CCTV cameras and from IP CCTV Cameras pictures. 

  Should the PC’s CPU or fan show any faults or signs of overheating or the cameras lose focus or video output the system will raise an alert.

  This alert can be an Alarm noise through speakers connected to the PC, an Email or a Phone Call with user recorded message.

• Maintenance Alert: The software constantly analyses the health of the PC it is installed on and the quality of the camera pictures.

• Smart Motion Detection with anti false alarm feature: The software features multi zone smart motion detection with masking and motion delay. The motion delay feature minimises false alarms by not comparing consecutive frames to detect movement, but by comparing delayed frames, minimising false alarms caused by poor weather, trees moving in the wind, lights turning on etc...

• Pentaplex functionality: The software features Pentaplex operation. It performs the following independent functions simultaneously: 1. Live Display. 2. Recording. 3. Playback. 4. Backup. 5. Remote Access

• Advanced Scheduled Recording: The software allows complete freedom when it comes to programming it for day/night time schedules and holiday schedules, allowing the user to change all recording options for each individual schedule that has been set up.  

• Multi users: The software supports multiple users. Each users access permissions can be defined in detail, allowing different users to have different access levels.

• Backup Utility: The software is supplied with a simple to use software utility for backing up recordings. Recordings can also be transferred to CD or Hard Drive during playback as either JPEGs or AVI files.

• Remote Viewing & Playback: Remote viewing of cameras is possible from another PC on the same network or over the internet as well as remote playback using the remote playback software provided.

• POS/ATM Support - Allows transaction information from a Cash Register or Cashpoint machine to be recorded by the software and linked to a cameras recording. The recordings/transactions can then be searched directly by amount of transaction, items sold etc...

• ANPR Support - Allows the software to read numberplates picked up by the cameras, and create a database of these that can be searched, and also allows the software to recognise authorised numberplates and activate a relay linked to a barrier for example.

• Central Monitoring Software - Allows up to 100 PCs running the software to be accessed, configured and backed up by one central PC.
