Cancelling an order:
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days following the receipt of the item(s).
To cancel, you must return the goods to us and take reasonable care of them in the interim.
Goods must be returned to us in what we consider to be re-saleable condition.
DVD's or CD's that have been opened or unwrapped are exempt from refunds.
You are required to pay for the postage if you wish to return the goods, any charges incurred for returning items (including international taxes and duty) will not be paid by Safety Savers Limited.
We charge a 20% or £7.50 minimum handling fee (which ever is greater) on all items returned.
Once we have received your return, your credit card will be refunded for the items, less the handling fee, and the original delivery costs incurred at time of order dispatch, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and recieved by us in the condition they were when sent to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be usually be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. No handling fee will be charged if we have sent you any items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of us receiving your return. Safety Savers Limited will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
